    Marketing Coordinator (Content & AI)

St. John's, Newfoundland (Hybrid) Part-time, flexible hours

We're looking for someone who's curious about AI, enjoys creating content, and wants to explore how artificial intelligence can help change the way businesses market themselves.

This isn't a technical AI role, so you don't need to know how to build AI models or write code.

What matters is that you're excited by how AI is changing marketing, enjoy experimenting with new tools, and aren't afraid to test new ideas to see what works.

If you've ever found yourself thinking, "Could AI make this process easier?" or "There's probably a smarter way to do this," ...keep reading.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Editing short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Writing captions, blogs, newsletters, and carousel content.
    • Researching trends in AI, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
    • Researching how businesses are using AI and identifying practical ideas we can test.
    • Assisting with AI-powered marketing systems for client projects.
    • Helping us build AI prompts, templates, and workflows for business owners.
    • Brainstorming creative campaign ideas with the team.
    • Occasionally appearing on camera for videos, behind-the-scenes content, or educational resources when needed.
    • Working alongside the team to test, improve, and document new marketing workflows using AI.

    What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything, but you should already have a good foundation in:

    • Canva
    • Basic video editing
    • Writing
    • Generative AI tools
    • CapCut

    You'll Love This Role If...

    • You're interested in how AI can make businesses more efficient, creative, and sustainable.
    • You naturally notice good marketing.
    • You have ideas and aren't afraid to share them.
    • You enjoy testing different creative directions
    • You're comfortable receiving feedback and improving your work.
    • You don't mind occasionally being on camera when a project calls for it.

This Role Isn't For You If...

    • You need someone telling you every next step.
    • You don't enjoy learning new technology.
    • You'd rather recreate the same thing than experiment.
    • You dislike research.
    • You only want to do one specific type of work.
    • You prefer doing things because "that's how they've always been done."
    • No judgment. This just might not be the right fit.

    What It's Like Working Here

Yes, we're serious about the work. But not everything is about work.

We laugh, have fun, brainstorm, and challenge each other's ideas.

You'll work with founders, business owners, nonprofits, and professionals across different industries and see how businesses are built behind the scenes.

You'll also get hands-on exposure to AI tools, marketing strategy, automation, content creation, business systems, workshops, books, and conversations that most people don't get access to this early in their careers.

We're constantly experimenting, testing new ideas, documenting what works, and asking how we can do things better. If you're someone who enjoys learning by doing, you'll fit right in.

    One thing we're confident about?

If you're curious, willing to learn, and open to feedback, you won't leave this role the same person you came in as.
